i.
Automate the work you already do.
We map how the work runs today, in your words, then build agents and automation that follow that same path. People still make the calls that matter.
Less swivel-chair work. Fewer dropped handoffs.
Tribard finds the work that slows your business down and puts AI to work on it. What we build runs on your systems and stays yours. Calgary, Alberta.
You're good at this. Maybe you should come work with us.
Tell us how you did itGrab any thread and pull. Drag empty space to turn the ball. It is solved when no thread crosses another.
the problem
That’s where AI earns its keep. Not in the demo. In the handoff nobody wants.
We’ve all seen the proof of concept that quietly became production. We’d rather plan for it.
what we do
i.
We map how the work runs today, in your words, then build agents and automation that follow that same path. People still make the calls that matter.
ii.
Small, specific software built with AI for the job in front of you, or the app you already have, improved without breaking what works. Shipped in weeks. We can take on the upkeep too, so your people get to work on what’s next.
iii.
Straight briefings for leaders on what AI can and can’t do for your business. Hands-on sessions for teams, so the tools you already pay for get used well.
how we work
We sit with the work. Where does it stall, get re-keyed, wait on someone? You get a short list, ranked by what each one costs you.
One workflow, built end to end, running with your people on your data. You see it work, with checks you can look at yourself, before anything bigger starts.
Your team learns to run it and change it, or we look after it for you. Either way you own it, along with the reasons behind every decision in it. The best engagement doesn’t make the consultant permanent.
principles
no. 1
Time saved, money saved, revenue in the door. If we can’t show it working on your data, it isn’t done.
no. 2
An agent can suggest anything. What actually runs gets checked against rules you set, and a person signs off where it counts.
no. 3
We match the model to the job and the budget, and we don’t tie you to one provider. When a better or cheaper one comes along, you switch.
no. 4
Meet people in the chat and tools they already use. Nobody needs another login.
no. 5
Everything we build for clients, we run Tribard on first. If it isn’t good enough for us, it doesn’t go to you.
no. 6
What we build becomes building blocks you keep, each with its checks and known limits. The next job reuses them, so you pay for what’s new.
yours to keep
What we build is yours. The data, the rules, the decisions behind it, all of it.
It runs on your systems, not ours. If we disappeared tomorrow, it would keep working.
who we are
Seventy-plus years between us inside some of the largest technology companies in the world. Between us we’ve run enterprise infrastructure at the 2 a.m. end of the pager, engineered hardware and firmware that shipped, built data platforms and the teams behind them, led security work with the people who own the risk, and sat across the table from executives when the deal and the delivery both had to be right. We’ve built things people still use years after we left. Now we put AI to work the same way: on real problems, with controls, until it runs without us.
contact
We’re working with a small number of teams right now. Tell us about the work that stalls, gets re-keyed, or waits on someone. We’ll tell you honestly whether AI helps. Sometimes the answer is a better spreadsheet. Leaders who want a straight briefing on what AI means for their business can use the same address.
Most AI projects don’t fail. They just never get decided.
